Case Management

Every client is assigned a Case Manager who solves problems, schedules service and closely supervises Virtuous Care Solutions Caregivers in the home. Our Case Managers pay careful attention to every detail while thinking outside-the-box to create effective solutions. Virtuous Care Solutions always responds attentively to your concerns.


Our Scheduling team has met every Caregiver and takes great care to match each client with a Caregiver who is well-suited to their needs and personalities. The team is patient and creative knowing that scheduling is a fluid process and that it takes a lot of work to ensure the match works from start to finish.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources team screens and trains every Caregiver and is keenly aware of the skills, credentials and experience Caregivers need to take charge— however complicated the situation. After careful screening, which includes an in-person interview, reference and background checks, only the select best of Caregivers who apply are hired.


The Outreach team members are consummate relationship builders. They are the first point of contact for new clients and families—helping them understand their options and prioritize what’s next. The team regularly visits senior housing communities, rehab facilities, hospice organizations and hospitals to talk with staff, patients and residents. Every new strategic initiative including Transition2Home and Dementia Redirected is spearheaded by the Outreach team who identifies and responds to what’s needed in the community.



When a home needs changing — whether it’s installing a grab bar, building a ramp or managing a considerable cleanout — our Home Modification team tackles any task with a smile and a big heart. The team, which has extensive experience working with seniors and their families, make spaces more livable so life is easier.


There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. Our Support team keeps our technology innovative, our finances functional, our systems running smoothly and our staff happy. No detail is overlooked. They keep us going.
